1. Course Fees
All course fees paid at the time of enrollment are considered final.
Fees are non-transferable to another person or course unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
If the course is cancelled by Big Social AdZone due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the learner has been charged twice due to a technical/payment error.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
If the learner has already attended classes or accessed course materials.
If the learner discontinues the course voluntarily after enrollment.
If the learner fails to attend classes due to personal reasons (including time constraints, internet issues, or device problems).
4. Refund Process
To request a refund (only in eligible cases), learners must send an email to info@bigsocialadzone.online with proof of payment and the reason for the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Policy Updates
